Me too Don, September 8, 1956. I've been looking for a restored 56 Chevy for 20 years and just haven't found one that was affordable, especially now a days. I saw one online last year that was absolutely beautifully but they wanted $120,000 for it!
My brother in law owned a 1954 Corvette, so he would be surprised when you say they weren't made until 1955! Also, you show 1958 models, instead of '55's!/ To me, the most famous Thunderbirds were the two-seater '55-'56-'57 ones & not the full size '59 models! The '51 Hudson's were 'clunky' looking, even in '51 & 1955 was the best all-around year of the 1950's!
This guy made mistakes all over the place with these cars. He called sedans hard tops, or hard tops sedan, mistakes the years of the Corvettes shown four doors for two doors etc, No 57' Chevy Bel Air hard top!? Please!

1953 was the first year of production for the Corvette with only 300 units produced not 1955.

Come-on you did not mention the 57 Ford or Chevy
the first Thunderbirds, 1955,56 and 57 were the best. when ford added a backseat in 1958, they lost classic status

I am kind of surprised that the 56 Bel-Air was considered to be more popular than the 57. I thought it would have been the other way around

Classic cars are beyond words classic model toys cars will have good market if made.
