Bhai, 10 Lakh se upar kisi bhi ek card se ya ek hi bank ke 3 card hain aur un 3 ke total payment agar ek FY me 10 lakh se upar hai to bank IT Department ko report karta hai...
Example - agar koi ICICI ke 3 card rakhta hai 3 card ka FY me 11 Lakh ka payment kiya to Annual Information Report me ye show hoga ki ICICI ne report kiya hai ki apne 11 lakh ki payment kiya hai.
Agar koi kai bank ke card se 10 lakh se upar ki payment ki hai to un bank ki traf se bhi IT Department ko report kiya jayega.

sir, I have 4 different bank Credit cards. i spend 1 lakh for month and pay 50k before bill generation, I get only 50k bill generated on all cards included. total 6lakh per year bill generated per year with this calculation. You earned 50k but you made payment of rupees 8 lakh, then they want to know why and how did you spent this amount. So, you need to file ITR but you are exempted from paying tax because it is below the threshold

If you spend more than 10 lakh per annum from your all cards then you should file ITR to avoid notice.

the information is not totally true, If u earn 5 laskh and your total repayment is 10 lakh ,it will not attract IT department if only it is not by cash(1 lakh) and if you haven't purchased anything that cost 10 lakh in a single transaction. They know that you may be spending savings or your wife or children pay back some of the bills. But the total repayment should not be too much than income. like earning 5 lakh and repayment is 30 lakh. double than earning is fine

I’m having one query, it would be great if you help me in that.
Let suppose someone debit 3 lac rs from credit card to wallet by paying some processing fee of 2-3% and spend that 3 lac rupees.
Then next month during the time of due date he again withdraw 3 lac rs from credit card to wallet to bank and make the bill payment of that 3 Lac rupees bill.
Suppose this continues for whole year. then his total debit amount will be 36 lac and his paid bill will be 33 Lac.
So how will income tax be calculated?
According to IT rules. You are paying 10 lakh in a year on your card. Question is that are you earning any money by doing this? If not then no need to worry even if you receive a notice because all you have to do is that just contact a Professional CA and he will file income tax return on your behalf and justify that how much you earned and whether such income is taxable or not. (note - i am not an expert but i know by experience). So, don't worry
