I would love it it you could do a video on the history of all the breweries that Ventnor and the island has as I have many of the island bott;es from them that I used to dig up when I was a child living on the Island
Congrats on the 2k subs When I saw the title of the video I thought you would be talking about the alleged extension of the Ventnor West line eastwards along the shelf to just behind the Royal Hotel; I'm sure I read this in a book over 50 years ago. Have you come across this anywhere in your researches?

One for your research - The original site of Shanklin station was to be nearer the old village. Any ideas where?
I do remember reading that in one of the Maycock/Silsbury books, would be fascinating to find out. Will have to do some more digging 🙂👍
