Fun Fact: While I was at college learning 3D animation and stuff to go along with it 1 of my professors told my class she taught a student who ended up working on visual effects for Episode 1. This student came up with some code for the particle effects in Maya that were used for that pod racer crashing at 9:53.
For a hot second I thought it was an april fool's prank cause I had absolutely no clue there was a Rogue Squadron 3, that combined with the PS2 controller on the thumbnail threw me for a WILD RIDE

This game was a lot of fun growing up. Then I replayed it recently, and while the flying was still fun, the ground controls were kinda ass. Still a lot of fun.
In this or the second one there is a mission in which you have to fly a B-Wing and it is the hardest shit ever created. Its like if Ninja Gaiden had a baby with Dark Souls and then that fucked the speedbike level in battletoads

I always thought this one looked like a dry copy of the second game with ground segments thrown in, but at least it has 2-player. It also seems faster.
