I have lived in Bhubaneswar for about 8 yrs(currently living in chennai) and yeah!! Odisha cuisine is one of the best cuisines of india ❤this video brought back the nostalgia 😍😍 14:15 idk abt the North indian style dosa preparation but actual South Indian preparation mein dosa mein dahi nhi dalta h.. We use baking soda in dosa which is not used in chakuli pitha... This video is lit though🔥🔥🔥

Bhubaneswar is a fun city and roads and people are very friendly. Super safe for women travelling alone. I was there as a student and loved their hospitality. Very nice people and holy places are excellent interms of heritage architecture.

Lingaraj lassi is one the beatest lassi place in Bhubaneswar. In summer, we used to visit their frequently.

In Cuttack you can try mutton biryani in DFC , dahibara aloodum in kuna tuna dahibara aloodum in front of barabati stadium, some shakes in the chocolate room, biryani in biryani box and mirchi (both are good)... There's many more😌and yes Raghu dahibara aloodum in bidanasi (available only during 3-5pm)
