Last time i visited odisha i went to jungle view restaurant and eat bamboo biriyani nand bamboo chicken and it was delicious😋 after that i went to chandaka to see jungle safari 😁

What exactly is Odia cuisine? Even Pokhalo is diff in Berhampur, Sambalpur and Balasore. And that pokhalo is also eaten in Bengal and Bihar

Santula is nothing but boiled vegetables all types of vegetables starting from potato to Brinjal and a chok of garlic mustard seeds and dry red chill that's santula

Even we.. bangal.. from north bengal.. to be specific... we also.. have our version of dal which is almost similar to them... but after coming to kolkata...especially the ghotis ... they hardly know the various recipes related to dal..

There is nothing called Odia cuisine. Either its Bengali, Andhra or Tribal inspired food. Utkala and Kalinga were two diff regions with diff cuisines. You cant forcefully blend it and call it as Odia cuisine. Thats why even within Odisha you will find such diverse range of dishes as well as varying tastes of same dishes
