This is really a great song and a great performance, but it might not be appropriate to call it "acoustic" since they are using an electric bass and electric keyboard. Then again, perhaps I'm being too technical. 😃
You might be being just a little too technical. The keyboard could be swapped out for a baby grand piano with no change to the sound of the track; the only issue would be space and cost (Nord Stage 2, about $4k, Yamaha C3 baby grand, about $15k). Bass guitar is tough to do "unplugged", no two ways about it. It may be impossible to come up with a guitar-sized acoustic bass instrument that can compete unamped with a six-string. Even if they'd used an ABG for this video it would be plugged in (or heavily miked), so why not let her keep an instrument she's familiar with? If I had to relabel this video I'd probably call it the "Garage Band version"; recorded in one take with relatively inexpensive gear and minimal post-processing (balance levels and a drop of reverb)
