Hey Team, I hope you enjoy this all standing routine! I personally suffer from circulation issues during longer flights/train rides/car rides. 🙃 I found it beneficial to include joint circles from bottom to top to get the blood flowing 🌀. Hope you find this useful as well 😍.
I haven’t done any of your mobility workouts yet. I think I will do this one today. I really like how you seem to cover many muscle groups or joints in one video. I prefer to do one video about 2-3 times a week that covers as many muscles/joints as possible!

☺️🙏🏼 I‘m all about helping you learn to listen to your body and its needs. So that fully depends on your daily activities/training/injuries or problem areas. If these replace stretching for you, great! If you find stretching has a different benefit, include it 🙏🏼. I personally like to stretch my quads a lot with all the running I do additionally to hip mobility routines ☺️.
Loved this! Though I have not travelled it said I’m the description of feeling extra stiff. And I have been today after completing one of your single dumbbell workouts! So this is the way to stretch it out. Such great moves. Catchy music as always. Thank you so much. Your videos are all amazing and I really enjoying doing mobility with you daily. Sometimes twice a day. ❤

This routine is very nice although I can't avoid laughing trying to imagine how I would do squats+knee push-outs right in the middle of the airport hall 😁I mean I know that's good for the body but it would just seem so ridiculous 😆 Some of the exercises are totally suitable though (like foot extensions, neck circles and such)
