How to Program Your Nissan homelink Garage Door Opener

Good Gracious me. I finally found this video again I had watched this video a year and a half ago 0:04 to program my wife’s pathfinder to the garage door at our previous home. We just recently bought a new home and I just couldn’t find this video anywhere. All the other similar videos were very lacking.

Thank you this is the first video that has worked. The last step of reprogramming your actual garage on the inside is the key. I kept just trying to program the old remotes and the Homelink system on my rearview mirror and it wasn't working. If you follow every step it will work and you have to hold the button down for a few seconds for the garage door to actually open. Thanks for your video.

Thanks for the video. You might want to mention that when you test the remote button on the mirror, it has to be held down for second for it to work. I was just pressing it just once, like I do with the external remote, and it wasn't working. I noticed you held yours down to get it to blink rapidly, then the garage door opened/closed. Mine is finally working!

You can do this without a remote. You just need to make sure you press the learn button (it was a red button near the motor) while your car is seeking for a new control to be setup. I did this for my 2003 350z.
