He said the same thing when he was propping up We Work. Basically this new company is a Real estate company. Like the one before. Same CRAP.

He is the luckiest con man on earth but that is how the game is played on wall street and he played it perfectly... I would love to learn sales techniques from this guy he is the best salesman on earth
I think you can learn more about him and his sales technique through interviews like these. The pace with which he speaks, very slow, calm, smiling slightly from time to time, greeting the audience at the beginning. Acting with apparent humility, his style is almost that of an enlightened, half-way between sect leader and a benevolent father. He's undoubtedly a great salesman who can manipulate people very well, to the point that many of his workers would be incapable of contradicting him for fear of disappointing him or falling out of his favor.
I would not use corona as an event to pitch flow, I think people will get tired of Covid-related way of life and we already observe a back to normal type of work / lifestyle habits (in Europe) at least. The WFM dream will not be as deployed as we believe
It seems odd that he's worth $2.2 Billion (per forbes) yet he is touting a $350 million investment. It makes me wonder how much he put into the deal of his own money.
"Net worth" is misleading. People think this means that a person has X amount, liquid sitting in an account. Usually their worth is in assets - no one actually has 1B in a bank account. That's stupid financial behavior. It takes time to divest and it's quite complicated. 350M is an insane investment to someone with no product - that's why it's being touted
Does he truly possess assets worth all that? Even if Forbes purportedly states so? Either he possesses an entrepreneurial spirit or he needs money, thus the new venture.
1 minute in and my mind is telling me I'm looking at the male version of Elisabeth Holmes. I bet if I watch the whole thing I'll hate myself for being so stupid.
