The technology, the technology, the technology. Bro, your "tech" is literally creating events and sharing that through an app. Flow is nothing more than an all inclusive hotel

This guy lost billions and his business model was rubbish yet he gets support. He walked away a billionaire after being a poor CEO Founder at best. Now we give him airtime? Silicon Valley loves itself way too much.

For the ones that are hating, you guys are forgetting that he didnt raise Wework by himself ... that blame he took was done by some of the people that took over and that stole money etc etc. Anyway, i am not gonna get too much into it, but Adam's Wework reached unbelievable heights and it is missed by many

Lol you must be one of the early workers who drunk the koolaid and never got to cash out on their employee stock or...wait a minute? Why would any sane person believe his tales of grandiose. Him and Miguel are nothing but with weirdos who do energy readings and you losers fell for it.

My respect has risen immensely for Neumann. Bottom line is he's an experienced Founder who was able to achieve something most entrepreneurs could only dream of. - Which happens to be the most relevant aspect about his ability to raise capital. Regardless of the allegations and despite the ousting from WeWork, dude has the ability to build global brands. Keep doing your thing, stay present!

a landlord that does its own property management? Not exactly ground breaking...Even the communal space, community apps, has been done before. He's selling the old recipe as if it's new. He'll see the same losses as other residential buildings that can't keep high prices, especially in Ft Lauderdale. Had the unfortunate crossing of paths with Mr.Neumann. Conman? you can call it that but a bunch idiots entrusted w/ money from his bros is really all it is. A million advisors with the right idea would never get through to Adam. That ego and lack of common sense won't be cured this lifetime. Residential is a tough industry especially when you expect YoY infinite growth and bank on the marketability of a city and its lack of rental inventory. This weirdo still hasn't learned a skill. If you can't develop, take down land, and do ground up, you're wasting your time. He isn't even doing the best residential model.
