In 2025 our church will be 150 years old. In time for that anniversary we are going to launch a development programme, restoring our church to is former glory, and making it fit for purpose for the generations who will come after us. To begin this massive task we are starting with a small but important project: restoring the lost murals of Gabriel Pippet in the sanctuary.
These murals will unlock all the information we need on patterns, colours and the methods Pippet used to decorate the rest of our church. Even though beautiful in themselves, the restoration of these paintings is the key to restoring the decoration throughout the church.
