I think that's mostly dependent on the lifestyle you want and the things you are used to. Some of these smaller towns are closer to those conveniences than others.
I wan to move to Lawrenceville I'm a doc do you know if there are plenty of million dollar plus houses I can buy or Lawrenceville is predominantly blue collar? 🤔
Thanks for watching. There are some good pockets. Let’s connect, I would love to help you find the perfect home. You can reach me at 470-577-6472 or hello@keypointhomesgroup.com
Currently looking at buying in these areas. We quickly ruled out Winder due to the crime rate. It seems to be higher than the national crime average. Looking more towards Braselton! Much safer and seems to be growing fast!
Sometimes the data is skewed because of the small populations. Braselton and Hoschton are great...don't forget to look at Hoschton. We would love to help you find your Georgia home. You can reach us at 470-577-6472 or hello@keypointhomesgroup.com Thanks for watching!
Love your videos, do you have any that mention Grayson? If not what are your thoughts. I saw a beautiful house there in Feb and visited a great local coffee shop

Wow, did you pick up the Southern accent after only 8 years since you moved there !?! Also can you focus on rural towns that have houses on ample 1+ acre lots ? Thats the main draw for small towns IMO
I should have clarified. I moved from South Georgia to North Georgia 😉 so the accent was developed on the south. Many of these towns meet that criteria. I would love to set up a custom search for you with this exact criteria. You can reach us at 470-577-6472 or hello@keypointhomesgroup.com

I live in Blairsville and my home resale value has exploded!
Small quiet town sounds good.
We are planning to rent until we find a place to buy, are there particular areas we should avoid?

Very Far from Atlanta and It’s a really rural area however it’s a growing area. I live in Hamilton Mills area so it’s pretty close.
