They fit better and well rested then any classical symphony of the old. Your style reminds me of my mind set on life and it's mysteries. "We Became Strangers" is one of my all time faves. It has a huge personal resonance for me, as I'm sure for many, many others. Almost everybody knows someone they've been close to at one point in their life, but whom they've drifted away from over time - or have broken away from suddenly and painfully. For me it's the end of a 30-year marriage, which I am still grieving even though it happened a decade ago now.

You could call it ”Melodic Ambient” or just ”Ambient”. But you’ll be hard pressed to find other ambient like this. A lot of it is slower and drone-like.
