J you were really skinny fishin' on this trip..... most of the water looked to be knee deep.....With the cool down the bite should get better with more Spot Tails and Specks......I was looking for a flatty in those skinny sand areas!!😎🎣

That area is so shallow that a boat can't get back there, you can't wade there because the bottom is so soft, so it is perfect for kayak fishing. I have caught some nice fish there over the years. I am looking forward to some cooler water temps.

I was out at Escribano Point in East Bay today and only managed 2 trout. Still a great day on the water!!

Looked like another enjoyable day at the lagoon, the last part of the video looks like you were in some really shallow water. What is the water temperature this time of year? All the best and THANKS for sharing.

The water temp is still above 80, but should come down with the cooler weather. I was back inside the park. Looking forward to seeing you guys.
