I missed watching your videos. I just realized it's already past 7 in your country and it's still bright. Here in the Philippines when it is already 5:30pm, it's almost dark. What time do you and your big girls wake up in the morning? My 2 boys (4 and 1 year olds) usually sleep at 10pm and wakes up at 9am.

My big girls usually are in bed around 8-8:30 and wake up around 7

Wow they're so adorable!! It looks so easy when I watch others mommas' video... I only have 1 girl and stressed out. Until 2 weeks ago she was used to go to bed on her own, in the dark, she put herself to sleep. Then something changed and now she doesn't wanna sleep alone anymore, she sleeps less the usual and I struggle convincing her to go to bed.. if someone can give me their thoughts... I've been crying a lot...

O the sleep regressions. Take heart. This too shall pass - it is tough while in it. There are many sleep cycle breakers all through out the first year. Some babies go through th easier than others. With my fifth baby currently going through some sleep regressions, I felt more in control of my emotions by remembering it DOES GET BETTER. The first year is difficult yet amazingly beautiful, but it does go by so quickly and you will make it.
Try to stick to the same routine as much as possible and try to not slide back too much (eg. baby already no feeding in night, try to keep it that way, unless sick/heat wave or something out of ordinary)
All the best. Hang in there.
