Late to the party for this video too, but this is much needed! New challenges and uncertainty lie ahead after I left my job. But sometimes you have to walk away from a situation before it brings out the worst in you. But! I know that brighter things are on the horizon for me, and I have to be grateful for the connections that I made with people this year.
I love this ideal and it's something I want to add to my journal. I went through somethings this year that I kind of let take my "Joy". I hope by reflecting on the past helps me take my Joy back. Tfs Amy.
Thanks for sharing this Amy. I like this approach to relection and I feel its another good format i can repeat which will help my recording. When I watched you paint the boxes I thought Yeah if I try that it will look a hot mess but Amy will make it look great. And you did! So maybe I CAN do it LOL

We all have our ‘Own shit to shovel” and sometimes it’s easy to forget when you’re going thru your own difficulties that everyone is doing the same thing as you, just parallel to you and slightly out of sight of you. This is a nice way to reflect, My goal is have a go with paint in my journals, I love the way you use paint in your journals. Reflecting on things this year, wether sad or happy, survival seems to be that way in the last few years. Coming to grips with moving forward has been hard for many.
