Thanks for the tour Tim...I live in Moultrie Creek and so far loving the location (besides being so far away from shopping, ugh!) We have been here 1 month now and still learning the way around TV!
I think you’re right about the street of dreams. I’m building on Truax Loop in Well Point and those homes on Stieger appear to be every different style home they offer. Thanks for the tour.
Tim, thanks for another very helpful and informative video. I just emailed you a well point map, that the villages published recently. It shows each of the 4 streets in well point where about 60 "model homes" are being built or soon will be built. I am curious if there will be any new floor plans or features in these 60 new model homes. With many of those homes already having sod & landscaping installed, they could be open very soon for the public to do a walk thru. It could be a new stop on one of the tour buses from Brownwood. I thought that DZ Concrete ( a part of the Day Zimmerman companies ) was the actual vendor that manufactured & provided the precast concrete wall panels, that you refer to as "tilt wall". The "DZ Concrete" name was on those trucks that delivered the concrete panels, where I was in the villages in October. i had not heard that the villages owns or bought that DZ company or that the villages actually made the panels. But who knows? The developer owns the bank, the golf cart stores, the insurance broker agency, and so much more ? thanks again for your video.
I use postal address of the villages, but, some of my mail is sent to Lady Lake, I checked the web, my zip is 32162 TV is called the preferred city, Lady Lake is called an acceptable city, weird
Are the walls bolted to the footings or do the trusses support the walls? Thick floors because of the weight of the walls and i see rebar onthe outside perimeter for what. Roof ties are so the trusses do not fly off in a storm! The roof ties to the walls. That floor being a good 12 inches thick better be compacted or the slab will crack anx settle. I bet the stick built homes do not have a 6 inch slab because of the weight of the wood structure
They are designer homes, not veranda homes. Easiest way to know for sure is to look for the cement curbing on the road. Only designer/premier home neighborhoods have cement curbing with drains in curbing
I have been told that it is not a street of dreams. They specifically placed the street of dreams where it is to be close to Eastport since the sales office will be there. Also the villages growth is going to south to moultrie creek makes more sense.
Just did my lifestyle visit around the corner of off Steiger...I have a map that I can share with you showing that it is indeed where model homes are going so people on visits can go right around the corner to view.
Although I enjoy looking at the open houses with you I have two suggestions: 1) I counted at least six times that you said, “Thank you for liking; thank you for subscribing.” It’s very annoying. Once is enough. Most of us are aware of how TH-cam works. We understand that the more likes and subscribers you have the more TH-cam will push your channel. But truthfully, I have started muting your voice because this statement is irritating. Please reconsider and play a little music instead if you’re needing something to fill the space. 2) There is a huge difference between a “knockdown” ceiling and an accoustic spray textured ceiling. The latter is usually disliked by most buyers. It’s difficult to remove after it’s been painted and it looks dirty if it’s not painted.

When we were there in November last year the sales agent said they wouldn’t be for sale for 3-4 years .

Does anybody have a postal adderss of "The Villages, FL"? Just curious. I don't live there, yet.
I use postal address of the villages, but, some of my mail is sent to Lady Lake, I checked the web, my zip is 32162 TV is called the preferred city, Lady Lake is called an acceptable city, weird

Good luck 👍

I didn't see bolts, I'm not sure
What is the R value of those pre cast walls? Are the windows hurricane rated?
Not sure first part, I think all windows in Florida need to meet Hurricane standards

Yes, let me know the street name of the new street of Dreams, thanks
