This is very interesting. Some of those homes seem larger than patio villas. There was one you showed near the end that had a lanai in the back like a cottage. Some have 2 car garage, but that could be a Topaz. Usually the patio villa will have the front lanai or, if it has a separate golf cart garage, just behind that on the side. I wonder if there's a new patio villa model with a rear lanai? I guess they realized that as soon as people were moving in, they were tearing out the counter tops and flooring, so they just decided to give the people what they want.
Tim: I’m glad the map I emailed you helped identify Well Point’s 200+ Accommodations homes and 50+ Future Model Homes. The Victoria Villas at Terrill Court section you showed, looks nice. The map shows 4 different sections of Accommodation (lifestyle visit) homes in Well Point. Other “accommodation” clusters with entrances on Fallis Court, Kristen Ave, and further west at Ceresini Place, would also be great to see.
@@Vee2020FL the map that the villages provided potential Well Point buyers a few months ago was color coded for different sections of homes. Their map legend used the term "Accommodation Homes" to show homes to be used for "Lifestyle Visit", per my salesperson. Maybe the Villages is changing the term "Lifestyle visit"?
Thanks bud for making this video. We have some friends from Maine coming in March for a Lifestyle Visit and this will most likely be their accommodations. BTW, I agree that maybe the lack of the traditional wall separation is a cost cutting measure.
These are adequate to a need for some, I see too many low expectations met. I do not want a wood frame, that low to grade. Still look like trailers and yet not priced like one. Enjoy the tours however, have a good one.
@@StreamsofDreams2370 Today, there are more than: 90 new homes for sale in the villages (all under $525K), > 70 lots for sale, and > 300 new homes "pending" that will close within 30 days.
Reminds me of military housing.
@@Johathan-k7t yup 🤣
Loved the video! Was great to see the progress on my home being built directly across the street from Terrill Ct!
Thank u
❤😊thanks Tim for every video 😊❤
Glad you like them!
Interesting how they put so many of these homes as accommodation homes. Look how close they are to each other.
Yes 💯

No curbs along the street, no storm sewers? No sidewalks.
Correct in villa neighborhoods
