    Always interesting to see other people's setups
    I bet rolling in with camera built and secure to the cart saves a lot of setup time also

    Wow now that you mention it, having two feeds on that Megacon would be just like two 7” monitors. Never thought of it like that.
    How often do you beak it down and how long does it take to set up?

    • @JoelGabrielsen
      @JoelGabrielsen  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely! You might as well just have to 7in monitors setup next to each other. Im definitely looking forward to having to 15 in monitors on set.
      I have to remove the attachments to fit into my van but they are really easy to remove and attach. Probably will only take a few minutes to assemble each time. Next I might try and lower the stands a bit to see if I can fit it in without removing.
      Thanks so much for watching Bro!

    Wow, I love your cart, it is very well thought-out, and I got very inspired. I am thinking of the Proaim car t as I can save a bit of money hopefully. I am considering an Osee 21.5-inch monitor. I hope it is not too big to drag along. I am also considering a larger cat as they are so expensive, I would like as much real estate as possible. But as you said, it can be a problem with doors and packing up in the car.

      Awesome!!! I have heard great things with the Proaim carts! The Osee monitors are great as well! Highly recommended. That sounds like a great setup. Thanks for watching!!

    How are you getting v-mount power to the fx3?

    • @jhnyhmnd
      @jhnyhmnd ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Or gold mount it looks like

      For sure! Right now the only cable I know that supplies the correct power delivery is this cable by Kondor Blue - amzn.to/3ly3DAZ It uses P-TAB to USB C.
      Any other USB C cable you use, the FX3 internal battery will drain slowly until you eventually have to swap it out.
      I wouldn't recommend using a dummy battery. I've heard a few cases of the FX3 failing using a dummy battery. Sony really want you to use the USB port for battery. They actually removed the dummy door from the bottom of the FX3.
      I wanted a right angle USB C for the FX3 so I use this setup:

      Thanks for watching Bro!!!
