Really good explanation....I had never understood this 4-20mA principal even though we have been using it for so many years... You explained it in such a simple manner. Thanks to you...hope many will benefit from excellent teachers like you!
Sr pls continue the Instrument mechanic class ..... It's amazing and very helpful to us. Sr pls up daily vdo bana dete toh instrument k upor toh aachha hoga.😀🙏🙏🙏 Waiting for your kind reply 🙏🙏🙏
💖 This is an inspiration for ME !! Even I make "INSTRUMENTATION VIDEOS". I hope I can emulate your presentation skills. All the best for your future videos ☺
In case of 0-20 ma, suppose if there is no flow through the pipe it indicates that 0ma,but when there is a open circuit it will also show 0 ma(here's the point where we will be confused) but when we use 4-20 ma when there is no flow through the pipe it indicates 4ma but when there is open circuit in the line it shows 0 ma... So there is difference.. So which is better???
Sir agar mere paas plc me voltage module he aur pressure transmitter he 4-20ma he to me bich me 250ohm ka resistance used karke counts le sakta hu m-amps ke module me please suggest
In industries we are using the 24volts power supply to the transmitter than how this theory will applicable? Because cards operates on 1v to 5v and the loop carrying mili amps to io cards is energised with 24volts....
Bro coz the field instrument will give you the signals in voltage.as u seen in the video voltage is not good for transmitting so a transmitter will convert it into current signals
Please correct your explanation, at sensor & transmitter end voltage would never be 1-5V. It's the property of DCS/PLC I/O module to read/send all analog inputs/outputs at 1-5V at receiver end.
Card ko working ke liye 24v chahie par signal current form me travel karta hai jiska magnitude 4 to 20 mA hota hai transducer ka logic clear karo samajh jaoge

Very simply explained
Sir aap kaha se padhe hain ..itna knowledge mujhe bhi chahiye sir... apka experience bahut a66i hai industry ko lekar... thank you so much sir
Sir muje a gaya smj me 👍
Thank you sir
Very nice basic information.
Good sir.
Different between mv and ma
Wo samjaoo na sir
Or kab kb wo check krte he
thank you, sir, for explaining this concept
Nice teaching sir
Undrstnd complete

So which is better???
whenever signal indicates 0mA fault is consider
Amazing explation ❤️
my question is why we use 4to20??
dusri koi range kyun nahi??kyun 5to25 nahi use kiyaa??why only 4to20???
Thank you so much sir.. it's very helpful for us.. such a great way.. u are explaining.. after watched this all doubts ( has) cleared.. 😊
Well explained ty 👍👍
Excellent sirji
Sir esp ki panel to feild transformer tak charging process batyea plz
Sir pid se drive ka speed control ka video banaye
Sir, voltage drop ka standard & calculate kaise karte hain iss k uper ek video banaye...
Thank U sir explain krne keleye🙏🙏
Very nice explanation sir...
Superb 👌👌
Sir agar mere paas plc me voltage module he aur pressure transmitter he 4-20ma he to me bich me 250ohm ka resistance used karke counts le sakta hu m-amps ke module me please suggest
So really nice
Knowledge video
Sir, 3-15 ma kyo nahi use hota hai?
Feild kya hota hai
How to use ABB HART with Siemens DPT
Sir plc ka kuch practically video bano 🙏
sir PLC s7 200 ke bare me vedio banaa kar samjhao
Excellent
Very good experience sir ji
Why not analog single in 3 to 20 or 5 to 20 mA..?
Very good presentation.....Thnaks
Thanks for information
Thanks a lot for this information

I also have same question
Aapko koi nahi dega bhai reply, transmitter ki ps 24 hai lekin wo op 4 - 20 ma me dega
24volt मे 4-20mA सिग्नल कैसे बनाए
V.good working sir .
Please uplode a vedio on control loop . Feed 4rd 'feed backward' cascade and split range
Why we use 3 to 15 psi instrumentation
Open ckt detection
Long distance, no vol drop
Magnetisation effect
2 to 10 mA kiyun nahi use karte?
5 to 25 mA kiyun nahi use kare?
Please explain above questions.
Video dekho dhyan se 😂
why cannot we use 3 to 20 mA?
Why drive gives the 4-20 mA
Thank you ...awesome explained
Thermocouple me mV use karte hai to uska voltage drop kyun nahi hota
Cold junction hot junction nikal chromium , nikal aluminum ki property agar pta hai to ye sawal nhi puchte
Very good explanation...thanks for your effort.
Very nice video !!!!!!
Thanks ❤️
Very veryy good video
Sir AP ki course attend kerna hai
Es ki fee and duration kya hai
Off line kab tak start kroge
Lots of thanks sir
Why only 4mA, why not 5mA or any other value
Thank you ji.
Nice information sir Thank you
why 4 why not 2 or 3 ?
Why to used 4 to 20 numbers Into instrument fields
Sir its correct....but 2mA to 20 mA not used why sir
Sir 2-20 mA use Kyu ni krte
Awesome sir
Best explane
dear, we know about SSR.
How field signal goes to dcs....??? Pura procedures kya bolenge......
Good question! Actually here we using it for our easy mathematics.. U see here v=ir, ww take r=250,, so for v=5volt,we get i=20ma 😊
Sir 0mA nhi toh 1 to 3 mA kyu nhi liya 4mA se hi kyu start kiya or 20mA tak hi kyu lekar gae standard signal ko isse upper kyu nhi lekar gae
Many of the insteuments require current specifically high to operate. Means many of the insteument do not respond for 3mA signal
@@shubhammatekar9499 bhai 250ohm ka resistance aur 5V supply se woh 5mA currentaa jata hai.. isliye 3mA aane ka chance hi nahi raha
Lekin sir 4 to 20 mAmps hi kyu hm 8 to 24 mAmps bhi use kar sakte the pr 4 -20 mAmps hi kyu
Sir,why used of transmittar in system please explain
Bro coz the field instrument will give you the signals in voltage.as u seen in the video voltage is not good for transmitting so a transmitter will convert it into current signals
Good
250ohm resistance ko kaise lagana hai plzz reply
khurram rehman series ma
No register in transmitters
Why we use 250 ohm resistance instead of other rating resistance???
In order to get 4-20 mA output from 1-5 V DC output from transducer
Use ohms law. ( V=IR)
Please correct your explanation, at sensor & transmitter end voltage would never be 1-5V. It's the property of DCS/PLC I/O module to read/send all analog inputs/outputs at 1-5V at receiver end.
What effect u had said in lecture at duration of time in video ( 7 minutes 21 seconds) ..
Sir please microgrid ko detail me explain kijiye , iske types iske sare process full detail sr please sr please
Sir..if instrument is disconnect in field then what value will show in cr on dcs..4ma or 0 ma
No,,,,, show 4 mA
Then how we will know if instrument is disconnected in field or any cable is disconnected
Actually if cable disconnected in field so no power in TX so defiantly showing is nothing.....
If any instrument feedback wire is damaged then the current reading will be 0mA
Nice video sir
Nahe Aya samjh q k plc k cards 24 v p operate hote hayn
Card ko working ke liye 24v chahie par signal current form me travel karta hai jiska magnitude 4 to 20 mA hota hai transducer ka logic clear karo samajh jaoge
Thank you bro
nice video
4 MA hi kyon use karte hai
2 MA kyon nhi use karte
Nice video
Thank you
Thanks you sir
Thanks
