iirc the stasis rocket siderm needs 4-5 shots to freeze an enemy which the double fire gl might do in a single shot, but still you are slowing the target with every shot so yeah the GL came at the worst time lmao
@@metroided34 why would it need 3-4? Chill clip is only 2 shots, besides a sidearm is infinitely better use of a secondary than a gl. Unless it’ll have blinding which would be nice but too much I think
@@MarluxiaKH0014 they changed how Chill Clip works a while ago, now it depends on the weapon type to proc the freeze, for example most weapons only take 2 shots but rapid fire fusions take 3.

I think the shade you throw at D2 streamers is cap -- the reason the weapons arent craftable I bet has more to do with the plot being released in 1 dump than anything else. They are trying to avoid a scenario where people have the guns they want and the storyline finished by the end of the week and then drop D2 until Act 2.
I mean the Twitter community as a whole has cried about crafting ruining the game for them for a while tho. And honestly even with the fact that I can only play a couple of hours on the weekends due to my work, crafting was nice but into the light really taught me how much I missed just grinding for weapons
Maybe they need to make a better system instead of just making the players waste their time trying to get the gun they want. Crafting (as it is right now) was basically the entire opposite of roll chasing and it only made the issues with loot in the game more apparent, Onslaught showed that roll chasing can be fun but it only worked because A) weapon attunement and B) they made an ENTIRE new game mode
Ngl I'm happy the weapons aren't craftable. I think crafting has a place in the game but they should remove the enhanced perks from craftable weapons and allow you to put them on all random drop weapons instead.
I doubt any of these will be meta, usually those come from endgame content not seasonal filler. Just the same old content/engagement farming from the same old boring creators. Until you deal with the real issue ( power creep ) weapons will continue to be useless reskins of guns you already have.
Fortunately, it will have precision instrument, but it won't be craftable right away. It is supposed to become craftable sometime after the season ends.
