That audience drives me CRAZY! As a singer, it’s ALWAYS driven me to distraction when people talk while I’m singing...and though it shouldn’t it, it erodes my confidence. Whenever I do a new album and friends want to hear it, I always set up the ground rules: I don’t need to play you anything, but if you want me to, be respectful. No talking while the music is playing. Period. Or you can leave...don’t let the door hit you on the way out! Obviously, that’s not really possible when you’re singing live! If you sang for me, Mitch, I would barely breathe! I might cry, but I’d try to do it as quietly as I could! It just goes to show you that while a person is one thing, singing for a group of oblivious, selfish people is like casting pearls before swine. You made that song a thing of beauty. That audience didn’t deserve you.
Björk song is so hard to cover because of her unique vocal and voice range, it is so hard to see any singer can pull off her song whatsoever. But I must admit, Mitch really pull this song out. Really appreciate him 👌

Been almost a year since I found this performance and I still come back to it whenever I need to calm down or relax. It's absolutely beautiful and he sings like an angel. I hope that in the future whenever he has the time he records some solo work as his voice is my favourite.
