It is so wonderful to be able to be truly open towards other people. I was way too afraid and stuck in my own fears from trauma and abuse to be able to really open up to others when I was younger. I let nothing in to try to keep safe and was too busy surviving, running and hiding, too exhausted to take much more in, even when I tried. The world and the people in it are so interesting and there is so much to learn and perceive. Your video of the hands really spoke to me in that way❤
