Fitness influencers on social media always portray themselves as glamorous and have the best lighting/angles, don't take this the wrong way but I love your double chin! It shows you're a real person. Everybody comes in different shapes and sizes and I frickin hate the way now there is such a standard for everyone's features to be 'perfect' .. whatever that even is!! I also love that you talk about the benefits of exercise mentally/physically and not aesthetically. Keep it up girl!

We are in catterick too and my husband has just had his first promotion after 5 years because there's so few posts to promote into! It's not just you're good you promote, there has to be a space, there has to be enough people below you and then with the boards and everything it's so difficult.
