Any questions about doing triathlons please let me know! This was so much fun to film and to race in, Danny and Tommy did amazing on their first one. Molly was a great supporter as well of course.

Honestly, this is my worst nightmare and I am the the least athletic person on the planet but I still really enjoyed watching this video because I was genuinely interested in what goes on and I also found it really interesting to see what other people enjoy and spend their time doing so I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more videos like this. Watching from South Africa and ours are normally a long course including a dam swim instead of the pool. This looks more like my vibe 😂

as someone who has never done one, can anyone explain why you get wet first, feel like i’d rather do that last and cool off and not have to run in a wet wetsuit??😁❤️
I think it's because if you do swimming last you're more likely to get into difficulty in the pool because you'd be really exhausted from running and cycling
