Yours however are just so natural and real and I always watch you when I’m feeling a bit stressed or insecure and you just instantly give me motivation with real expectations. I was in the military 10 years, and it’s really hard to jump off that cliff and get out. I applaud you for your bravery! I was supposed to stay in for 6 and was scared about losing that consistent paycheck. 6 years after that, I don’t regret leaving. I loved my time in but happier out! 😊

Hi Zoe. Love the videos. Just a quick suggestion to read the Tim Spector book- food for life. Focusing on calories and eating low calorie alternatives is really not the best way to loose weight and be healthy- he explains the science behind it.

A lot of ultra processed food! I was Listening to the doctor Tim Spector on diary of a CEO he was saying that the most important thing is variety and not ultra processed (crab sticks, skips, chocolate pot) and that exercise doesn’t help weight loss- it’s an interesting listen…
Could you do a sit down chat on easy small changes you can make to become healthier? I feel like I’m in a rut with fitness and when I try and have a big change up I can’t stick to it. Even for example sharing that diet hot chocolate was great!

Wish I lived closer to you if you could do group training. I manage a Lettings Agents and a lot of our landlords are happy for tenants to redecorate neutrally especially if it is enhancing the space. Have you double checked? Appreciate you probably have but don’t be too scared by the tenancy agreement as lots include standard clauses but individual landlords have different thoughts x

Love this video! So relatable. I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a little while now but really kicked into gear in January. Is it bad to be in a calorie deficit for a long period of time? I’m eating around 1800 and still not seeing results 😢
If you're not seeing results when in a calorie deficit you're not in a deficit. You need to track 100% every single thing to the gram or ml of what goes in your mouth. Every condiment, sugar & milk in hot drinks etc, literally everything. It's hard at first but eventually it just becomes second nature and you'll do it without even thinking. And obviously make sure that the calories you're on are correct and not too many/too little. Good luck xxx
