@@Josh-kv9ub how do you put this on your car from the link?
@@davidkaplan5517 format a flash drive as FAT32 or exFAT. copy my "LightShow" folder onto it. plug into glove box USB port (temporarily remove dashcam/sentry drive) OR if you have a USB-C drive I think you can use the center console ports too. More info here! github.com/teslamotors/light-show
@@Josh-kv9ub do you need to keep the USB in there indefinitely every time you wanna play it? Or does it upload to the car?
@@davidkaplan5517 It plays off the flash drive. If you remove it, it will play the default holiday show. But keep in mind, if you LEAVE it in the glove box port, you will not be able to use dashcam or sentry mode!! I just ordered a USB-C flash drive to see if I can leave it plugged into one of my center console port!
Best synchronization and choice of lights for the music I've seen so far of any Tesla choreo! I just *KNEW* the trunk was going to open at the peak and you didn't dissapoint! WOW.
The trunk opening made me laugh IRL 🤣

OMG! I am building a sequence to the same music. I was just looking for some help with Model Y light mapping. The xLights app only displays model s lights. Did you just go by trial and error or did you find an actual map of the lights?
This guide will be your best friend! Link also in description. It has a lighting diagram for the 3/Y and explains which lights can fade (ramp) on/off. Be sure to read all the notes at the bottom which tells you which lights on the Y are grouped together!

add in the falcon wings and front opening doors for the model X
Does it automatically determine what to do based on the music or do you programming it?
custom programmed; each individual light. instruction link in the description if you’re interested in the process!

Nice work Josh. Did you use a separate USB Drive for the show or the sentry mode one? I used sentry mode one and it didn't work.
thanks! yes, separate USB drive (FAT32 or exFAT) only containing the “LightShow” folder with the .fseq and audio file in it. glovebox USB or center console USB-C ports
