- I went to my local park to do some coin shooting with the X-Terra Pro. I had a blast! In the 4 years I have lived in this small town I have not seen anyone else here with a detector, doesn't mean someone else hasn't been, but every time I go I find more stuff!

I love mine so far. I've learned a lot about the X-Terra Pro since I've had it, for about 11 months now.

@@user-ks9mo4tp9e Honestly, I have run all of the frequencies and done well with them. 5, 10, and 15 khz. In this video, I was running 5khz. Normally if I am hunting a park I start with Park 1-10khz-Sensitivity less than 20 usually-5 tones-recovery speed 2. I always do a noise cancel before I start. If the park is trashy and the machine gets too chattery then I will lower my sensitivity and repeat the noise cancel.

I recently bought the XTERRA as my first MD. I noticed you use a smaller coil then the one that is included with the machine itself. What's the profit of using the smaller coil? Does it make the TID less jumpier?
Just got me the minelab x pro first find chunk of twisted metal . First find got me the bug now.
Keep at it, put some hours in on the XTerra Pro and you will learn the tones and the VDI numbers. It’s a great machine.
I'm seeing prices for it all over the place, where is the best place to buy one from?

What settings are you in for coin hunting? With the exterra pro.
In this video I was using Park 1-5khz, Tones-All tones, Recovery speed-2, and Sensitivity 16.
Whats the age of the park? 1940's or what?
There were old structures at this park that at least date back to the 50’s from what I’ve found but aside from a couple of wheat pennies I haven’t found anything old. I’ve only been living here about 4 years so I’m not sure if this park has been hunted out before me for the old stuff
