Brilliant tips there, Ian! Thanks! :) I've had my drone for a month or so now, and with the weather (UK) starting to become nice - and lighter - I'm looking to start being more focused and methodical about my drone trips out.

Thanks Mark. Yes I’m hoping for some nice spring sunsets soon too

impressive, had no idea you also create stock footage with models and lots of ground base camera stuff. 2000 clips is a lot but if it's a combination of drone and ground filming then that's a good target. i honestly can not create any where near that amount with just my drones...driving to locations of interest would be hard as not many around Leeds. I only do it if i happen to travel to a well known place with the missus and just grab the mini 3. Cant see my clips going anywhere though but no harm in uploading them. yours are very clean and sharp, high standard videos though. also, do you find pond5 accept pretty much anything?
Shutterstock are very strict on all sorts, like brand logos and the slightest bit of noise. i uploaded city footage and it all gets rejected from a tiny sign on a building or crane of a construction company or bill board. and all night footage rejected for noise, even though i clean it up with neat video and from my eyes, looks very good. all fine on pond5 though so i dont bother with shutter anymore.

Drone content is about 20% of my portfolio. So yea it depends on your objective. The last year I’m creating more and more drone content, less with models. Because I’ve run out of ideas- doctors signing a prescription etc. I’ve done all of those already

Love the Manchester area. Definitely worth going back after our next trip mate. I haven’t uploaded anything on stock for a while. I should really push more

With the stock though mate, is it better raw or edited and is a minute too long as in they won’t want the hassle of having to scroll through to the part they want to clip?

@@Davidvrjsullivan Edit the clips. You want them looking as professional as possible and only 1 motion. So don’t do an orbit and then do a push in on the same clip. Regarding the colour grading and clip length- that information is in the video
