I have ordered this iron 2 separate times the first order I got I could not get the steam function to work I applied all the troubleshooting instructions. I sent it back. A week later I ordered again .. in a different color ... the iron came ... same issue ... could not get the steam to work! I love this iron! I don't want to return a 2nd time. Is anyone else having this issue?
