Is there difference between the mini m3 iron?

Hi! I am not sure of the differences… since I’ve only owned this iron and the regular size Oliso. The main reason I chose this one was because of the Tula Pink reference of colors.
I’ve used it daily without issues.

I have the M2, which to me is a piece of garbage
You’re the only one so far that bothered to show us how this iron works when it’s actually ironing Fabric
Everyone else just goes on and on about the features, and they never demonstrate the actual iron in use
I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to wait until those steam buttons light up and you’re first finger on your right hand looked very awkward like you were resting on the on off button.
Also, this iron should either be resting on that silicone pad, or you can place it on the heel just like the old days
Sadly, this iron doesn’t seem to be much of an improvement from the M2, because the M2 only gives you steam when you press the buttons
I have a mini Dritz iron and I don’t have to keep pressing any buttons. The steam is continuously available as soon as I start ironing the fabric.
But thank you for at least put in the product to use
And for anybody else, there are instructions on how to move the cord from the right hand side to the left hand side

Thanks for watching… appreciate the feedback & tips.
I am not very interested in the steam portion - since I seem to continuously ruin irons while adding water for the steam features. *I keep a spray bottle near for this purpose.
My right-hand pointer finger is out of wack. Currently dealing with trigger finger (extremely painful - it actually no longer works properly).
The main reason I purchased this iron was because I really wanted to support the nice folks at local quilt shop near and also because it’s cute & pink!!

@@MzLelaPinkJourney oh, I’m so sorry that you are in pain. I didn’t realize that of course how would I know that right lol.
Oliso says you can use half-and-half tapwater and distilled water but I really like the steam function coming from the iron. I also have a spritz bottle it’s just not the same.
A new Fabric friend and I are going to a local quilt shop this afternoon as a matter fact, because yes, I want to support the local quilt shops.
I get most of my fabric now from Sew Yeah quilting the online fabric sales don’t know if you’ve heard of them

Enjoy your trip thru local quilt shop… always an adventure!!
I have chatted with the folks at Oliso regarding previous irons (more than I care to mention).
Thanks much for the water tip!
I have heard of Sew Yeah Quilting! I may give them a try soon. Have a great weekend!

@@MzLelaPinkJourney Saturday night 4 PM Pacific time they have another sale where the Fabric is seven dollars a yard. Charm packs are still $10 and I think the jelly rolls and the layer cakes are $30 but on Tuesday nights the fabric is $11 and 75 a Yard and the jelly rolls and the layer cakes are $40
But if you buy five or more items, you don’t have to pay shipping, but shipping is only five bucks anyway
So I guess you’re not the only one that’s had issues contacting or dealing with OLiso. Still love my 30-year-old black and decker regular iron. Or it could be 25 years old but I know it’s at least 20 lol.
