Good looking car, like the color. The Porche people seem to have an appreciation for the aesthetic virtues of integrating the infotainment screens into the dash.
Not sure if you've had a Cayenne in the past but I have a '23 coupe and it's so quiet. Keep in mind you can also option for thermal and soud insulated glass as well.
@@blake9181 no never owned one I'm kind of looking for my first luxury car now since I'll have the funds to purchase and maintain one,I'll make sure I get that sound insulated glass as well,,let me ask you this do you have the V8 version? Im sorry but my 24’ X5 50e comes with over 42 Mile range in Electric. Ohh did I mention it comes with almost 500hp and over 510lb/ft of torque?? 0-60 in 4.38s. Plus almost $20k in savings compared to comparable Cayenne model? I must say coming out of a 21’ M550i, I do not miss the v8 power.
I’ve driven cayennes from the 955 it was a great start but had so many quality issues. The 957 was a leap but still had engine issues. Latest models are brilliant. I’m doing 20-25000 miles a year in these cars and they’re great even soft off road.
I know that you will not like what I´m say but the Cayenne is not in the price class of the X5 and unfortunately I not like the interior with all that shiny black but if it comes to performance, this is the best one in his class.
Except that’s it’s in an entirely different price range than the other Germans. For the price of a base Cayenne you can buy a nicely equipped 523 hp BMW. The Porsche is more athletic but it comes with a price.
@@jw3252 Performance yes. Looks and technology have never been its strong suit. Build quality and reliability in addition to performance are its strengths. @@drstevej2527 I think the classic lines of Porsches are far nicer than the constantly changing, angular and weird BMWs. I love driving the Macan and the Cayenne. They in no way feel like SUV boats, especially the Macan. Great daily drivers and fun to boot.
@@jw3252 Then you are in the minority as most people consider the looks to be a glorified VW and the technology horrible compared with the BMW system. X6 still looks better. Cool car and all but that’s just a Cayenne with the back of the roof cutoff. Will never understand how people think this looks better among coupe SUVs. 🤦🏿♂️
Man I don’t know why US specs have that ugly side light. It ruins the look of every vehicle that has it. Otherwise, beautiful car. Made my order for the Cayenne Coupe S two weeks ago, can’t wait for delivery!
Audi came up with a great solution hiding it in side of the headlamp covered with smoked glass on the SQ8. Too bad they couldn't find a way to do it on the Cayanne
Just like MB GLE looks like a minivan inside. Those large handles are useless obstruction. The car looks no much different from previous model, which is to say quite ugly. Maccan looks more proportionate. Dislike black shiny plastic everywhere, it looks cheap. Also don't like matte black plastic buttons on doors, look basic. V6 engine is blah from Volkswagen. I wish they made dedicated inline 6 benzene and diesel. They are trying very hard to give us less and charge us more.
@SamCarLegion Bro, it is. Look at the specs. The X5 40i has 375hp and does 0-100 in 5.4s claimed (in reality 5.1-5.2s, if not less). You'll need a Cayenne S to compete. The Cayenne is around 6 seconds with this engine. The infotainment in it is a joke. The virtual cockpit is from VW too.
I don't know what you are driving, but the coupe is as sexy as day one. Only if they dealerships didn't have $25K mark up, I would have gotten one to replace my Q8. It still on my radar.
@@williamwilson5125BMW only wants to be premium brand. The truth is the Porsche Cayenne saved the Porsche company.
I bought a used cayenne s 2011 model in 2013 18k miles, 100k now I love the tank it should not move this good or fast, love love it

Porsche’s engineering is way above the competition.. not even close
I don't think so, it's a very different price point. I don't think BMW cares as this car with the same equipment is about 50k more..it's also small.
