Great comparison, thank you! I have the 50mm, and I'm blown away by how good this lens is, considering the price point. It's amazing how sharp it is for an anamorphic design. I'm looking forward to adding the 24mm and 35mm to the collection.
just ordered a Sony Alpha A7 IV ,as a Vlogger i interview people close up, also film crowds of people, would you recommend purchasing the 24mm or 35mm ,will be also stacking CPL & diffusion filter ?
Would you recommend any of these for talking head videos? I like the look but being manual focus lenses concerns me if I were to move a bit in my chair while talking; it would render me out of focus in and out. Thoughts?
This is an amazing review! It's the same set up I'm looking at with my GH5s and considering these lenses. How do you find it integrating with Lumix cameras?
Thanks for the comparison. Very enlightening. Waiting for my 24mm which is on its way and looking forward to use it in wide and close-up shots. Will see how it performs as f2.8 is good but not brilliant.
If you could only choose one lens for now 35mm or 50mm? I know they also came out with 75mm but I am wondering between these two lenses as a first buy. Might need a new camera as well. Not sure if they fit the Nikon D7000 with F mount.

hey, if you have full frame just get the latest Sirui Saturn 1.6x time, they are lighter, sharper and have more anamorphic characteristics. I'm dropping the detailed review on this channel tomorrow. :)
@@HYTTFilms Thank you for your response ! I have a GH5s and I bought 2 of the APSC series with M43 mount ( instead of the Mars Serie ). I get the 24 and the 50mm and I'm very impressed for the cost !

Any of this lens can distort image? Previously I bought Batis 25 carl zeiss because brand says his lens din't cause distortion but I was deceived, now I want sell that lens. Days ago I wanted to sell that batis 25 carl zeiss and buy the batis 40 carl zeiss or else buy the sigma art 24-70 but now that I see this wide image of a 50mm, I do not want to get excited about the 35 and it causes me distortion, someone do I try? What do you think from my experience, do you think these lenses are for professional use to replace Batis Carl Zeiss lenses or a Sigma Art
Hi, thanks for this great video. I would like to ask you for advice, as I cannot afford the whole kit but I will have to choose one lens, and I would like to understand which one could offer me greater versatility and therefore be able to have good quality panoramas and portraits. I have a 4k bmpcc and I have to shoot indoor / outdoor even in low lights. Thank you
Cannot wait for the new Sirui 50mm 1.6x Full Frame Anamorphic with Sony E-Mount. Hopefully Sirui also release for 24mm and 35mm Full Frame Sony E-Mount as well.

I have all three and so far love the way they look, but I would definitely remember to re-white balance when you are changing lenses. My 24mm is A LOT cooler, than the 35mm. So if you are swapping out lenses mid shoot, they won't match at all. Not sure if it's just my lenses, but my 24 and 35 don't match at all so I was really surprised to see that yours match so well. Hi. Thanks for your very practical review. . I’m curious how you feel the 24, 35 and 50mm would change for bokeh and flare on an APS-C sensor instead of 4/3. I use Fujifilm and understand they will be available soon. Thanks!
Hi Richard, thanks for the love. This video was shot on GH5 with 4/3 sensor, as you know aps-c is a bit larger so I'd assume less cropping of the image. Tito ferradans (Anamorphic on a Budget) has some videos explaining the differences and tested them all as well. Go check him out!
If only you guys engineered it more uniformly. It's kinda frustrating when lenses are not available for certain mounts. Y'all should have made a lens body in between DSLR/mirrorless flange distance, and sell flange adapters instead.
Freaking lens flairs! Yes, space in the anamorphic aspect ratio is the essence! All that fixation about oval background bokeh and blue horizontal flairs, is a product of the "Star Bores" generation, weaned on CGI and SFX. Imagine classical Cinemascope Westerns and true narrative films being fixated by those artifacts! They would have been considered as the aberrations which they are, and would have been painstakingly eliminated!
