Thanks for sharing. It is hard and I battle with it as well. Doing something like presenting in a retail outlet is a bit challenge for me. Trying to get past it or at least fake it until you make it. I am glad to see you and others talking about this. Read the book “Quiet”. Awesome

And not that everyone has an outlet like TH-cam to talk about it nor is it something that most people would want to make publicly known. But it’s important to find someone to talk to and find something that allows you to create that balance that we all need.
