It truly is fascinating how Mary appears in so many different cultures around the world but with the features of the people native to said culture.

Can someone translate this video or have any writings in Vietnamese explaining this miracle/vision of Mary? Blessings to you and the Vietnamese community.

So do you guys worship her? And not God the creator of all and Jesus Christ His son, the savior for all? Bible says that no one came come onto God but through Me, Jesus Christ. I just would think that we worship and pray to God Jesus Christ who came down to earth as a man. To live a life without sin and to give His life and die on the cross for all our sins and rose up from the dead 3 days later so that we may all have eternal life if we believe in Him and except Him into our hearts.
I get there r important people in the Bible and people they performed miracles, but aren’t they all just humans like us? That’s why we worship God. Who is the Father, Son and the Holt Spirit. I am so thankful to God that His son Jesus Christ saved me and forgave me all my sins and filled me with His Holy Spirit. I just pray that many more people will find Jesus and except Him into their hearts so that they would be saved. God bless.

Hi, and thanks for your question! The short answer is no, we don't worship Mary. We worship God -- Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We honor Mary for the special role she played in giving birth to the Savior. When Catholics feel a special connection to Mary, it is because she has directed them to her Son where they have found their salvation. She did this in her earthly life ("Do whatever he tells you." John 2:5), and like all the saints, she continues to inspire us even today. Thanks and God bless!

Interesting that you said Jesus forgave all your sins. Jesus created a mechanism by which you can have your sins forgiven. He gave his apostles the power to forgive confessed sins. If they don't forgive those sins though, they are retained. That's what the bible says. The priest forgives sins because his bishop, the apostle's successor, extends that power to him. In confession you express repentence for you sins and you confess them. That's how it works and it is biblical.
As for "worshipping" Mary, we acknowledge that the angelic salutation indicates what does not translate well into English, that Mary was full of grace and had always been full of grace. She acknowledges God as her savior before Jesus was even born. We properly venerate her. You should try it. She is in fact in heaven and wants to hear your prayers asking her to pray for you just like the other saints. And this too is a biblical doctrine in spite of what a stray or misused verse may be twisted into denying. Do you have to? No. Should you? Yes.
Catholic theology in every respect is far more solidly based on the whole bible than protestantism and especially more solidly based on the whole bible than protestant objections to Catholicism are. Get a good DR or Knox Bible that has a faithful translation of the whole bible, including the books removed by rabbis who rejected Christ and wanted Him out of their books long after the bible canon was established.
