Maximum effort and focus is necessary. If you rush the process, and are not bought in, you will likely fail. What are your experiences? Book a consult with Brian here: www.powerrackstrength.com/consult-brian-carroll/

Been suffering from back pain for about 24 months that has pretty much left me incapable of doing anything without pain. I pushed through for first while as I did not understand what was causing my pain or making it worse, I did not want to sit back and watch everyone else moving on with there life, So I continued to punish myself, Despite the mental health issues that come with injury and complacency, I'm now ready to put my life on hold and do whatever it takes. I just saw Dr. Ed Cambridge last week so I'm praying with my new dedication to moving with proper sine hygiene I will be able to get out of pain enough to build my core back up. Currently I cannot tolerate the big 3.

Love the channel, been out of pain for a few months, have lumbar bulges and an annular tear. Haven’t trained jiu jitsu in almost 5 months after, it’s so hard to not go back but I kept going back too soon and being in the same spot with sciatic pain. You’re a great inspiration and really have helped.

I read Back Mechanic and incorporated a lot of what McGill has taught. What REALLY helped me find my triggers was keeping a pain diary. It's an excellent idea, and it really shows you what you might be doing that may be causing your pain. And the key with the pain diary, you take a break from everything first, then slowly start re-introducing movements and habits, to troubleshoot what your triggers are.

I’m coming one month out from a serious back re-injury. I have a 4mil herniation and annular at L5 S1. I also have scoliosis. I am a body builder and when I am tired I start moving like a cyclops instead of an athlete. This cumulative stress built up the spasm in my lower back and got it super wound up. I woke up stiff as a board had a back spasm then violent sneeze which paralyzed me for 5 mins, literally had trouble breathing, couldn’t hardly walk for 2 weeks. I have both the Back Mechanic & Gift of Injury. I feel like God grounded me and absolute believe injury can be a gift. Thanks for all you do Brian.

I am "just" a menopausal housewife who loves being active - running, weights, resistance bands. But all of that has came to a sudden halt. Low back pain has intensified over the last year and it appears from last week's x-rays that i have mild scoliosis, a straight neck, spondylolisthesis of L4 over L5 and L5 over sacrum, as well as anterior pelvic tilt. I got Back Mechanic a month ago (with videos) and for the last 4 weeks following protocol of walking 3 times a day and the McGill Big Three. But I'm discouraged. Some days the pain is tolerable and i can get it settled down. Other days the pain just stays with me. Thanks for sharing your mental status during your recovery, as well as ALL of your videos. They have been a true help to me as I try to heal. I just can't findy any McGill recommendations for spondylolisthesis or anterioir pelvic tilt and most PT's/chiropractors say flexion. McGill does not. So just confused and sometimes hopeless... I look forward to reading The Gift of Injury.

5 day split with a one hour limit(in total including warm-up). Just your initial though. How would you structure it with 10/20/life ?
    Thanks for any answer
