FYI, I DL'd my elbow at Pila a couple of years ago, no surgery was required but when I did start riding again, about 4 weeks later, my wrist did hurt a bit, a kind of dull ache in the middle of my wrist. (carpal tunnel) It wasn't constant, just a niggling pain every now and then which disappeared within a week.
