What a fun day! So stoked to being back riding and getting confident again. Shout out to Scuvvers for their support. Learn more here about this rad product: scuvvers.com/en-ca/collections/mtb-tribe
Bro can you give us a promo code I want Propain so bad
We got the same truck, what size Scuvvers cover works for you?
My favorite vids are Remy and Steve crushing sessions on gnarly lines. Since we haven’t seen those in a while… this is awesome. Nice Alex and Remy!
More to come!
I love how you're sticking to long videos with just pure riding! Also, congrats on 500k Subs!
Thank you! Slowly but surely
Rémy. I would let you tow me into almost anything. I trust you enough that you’re not gonna kill me. When I followed you down dirt merchant a few years ago I’ll never forget what you said “don’t let your balls get in front of your head, you got this”.
So glad to have you back Remy! Your videos are one of the main reasons I got into mountain biking last year.
While bmxing I ended up re-rupturing my ACL, so these videos where you're coming back from injury and regaining confidence are really a great insight into the mind of a pro when returning from injury.
Keep up the amazing work Remy! You are the man.
Thank you! See you on the trails
Congrats on 500K dude! Learned so much during the past years from all your advices! Keep on going pls🔥❤👏
Thanks a ton!
Glad you recovered and still ride so well. That road gap looks insane when you see the air time.
It really is!
Very glad to see you on the bike again, and happy you are healing up!
Wishing you the best recovery. You lost confidence?? I think not, seeing you drop, as if it's nothing. Deepest respect🤙
Loved everything about this video, got me excited for the season!
You ll love this weeks video then!
Great job! So nice to clean features like this.
love the vids with alex
Cheers dude!
For added hand/wrist comfort, the Silicone Foam grips are amazing. I use them all the time. (ESI or WolfTooth). Come in varying thicknesses.
Honestly I don't think they offer the damping of my current grip.
Would love to see more vids with Alex in front 🤙
I am glad you doing fine. You are one of my favorites mtb you tubers. But I am a beginner all mountain rider and also dislocated my shoulder in the beginning of December on a mtb crash. Slowly recovering but the physical therapist tells me should take 3 to 6 months for a full recovery. But I see your shoulder is working great with those huge jumps and gaps....
Do you have any suggestions for a faster recovery? Thanks
Not really
Glad you are all right. Great video as always.
I appreciate that
I like your scovers! I've got those seat covers too.
Awesome!
Such a good video. It's comforting to see that a rider of your caliber can also dislike skinnies!
Right?!
Both very entertaining and educational video; great content, thank you!
Much appreciated!
Did not know it's so dry and sunny in Canada in February...
Sad condition for a winter. Skiing in Whistler is bad right now.
Sweet! Are you using the 3m mount or something different for your gopro?
Good to see you back in heatlh Rémy !
I love the footage you get, anytips for someone on a hero 9 with the max lens mod?
We need a remy, dangerous Dave, dale stone & VanCan ride !!!
Now the problem is that i am on a hardtail and i wanna do a roadgap lol
Hey man which trail was the warm up Brutus gap on ?
I believe it's called Dirty Harry
What app is that in the beginning?
Trailforks
so sick🔥
🎉🎉🎉
when your dad can afford you to not be working at a warehouse:
Love watching you provide lessons.. I always learn something .. congrats on 500k
Thanks a million!
He deserves a million 😊😊💪🏻💪🏻
Wherever I go for a ride, I always advertise Remy and his channel 😉👍🏻😉👍🏻
Wow thank you! @@swietiboyxd
Always gotta watch out for those West Van cougars 😂😂😂
its great that you walk the runout and explain with your experience what to look for and where to be
its easy to overlook very important possibly dangerous situations on very technical landings with multiple obstacles and a turn
the best tip i can give on a hard landing is hold your handlebars really tight :D
It's always so funny seeing riders try their hardest while riding in front of Remy and he's just speaking to them like it's a green path. I guarantee Remy would be up my ass tapping my tire all day.
Oh Alex does not need to try hard. He is very fast!
Nice i love your video! I just moved 2 Months ago in a fullsuspendet!
I think the hardest thing about riding alone is trying to get the right speed for drops and obstacles... If you haven't done it before, then you're guessing. Last ride i had a new obstacle that i'd never ridden, and i went way too fast. Didnt crash, but that was mostly luck.
Looking stylish as always over the road gap
"Riding Clothes TBA" I see the full Norrona suite :D
Alex was on a heater after you guys rode Brutus! Great video guys!
Yes! Thank you!
sorry Rémy, Alex always has the best drip on the channel. just a comfy day shredding in the pyjamas.
Ahah
perhaps time to always use gloves....i had a crash a month ago at the end of a descent with rocks and i flipped over on my side, fraction my lower arm..Cypress could use some maintenance...some sketchy parts
Remy .... You are in norrona now🎉 super nice. I wear the clothes of them since 10 years. Best Shit in town.
you english is very understandable to Americans, we don’t understand UK accents and the language originated there.
Great video and riding pair! What Alexander said about the big drops really rings true for a me and my skills are no where close to his! Nice to hear his thoughts about the right "timing" 🙂
Two excelent bikes, two awesome riders, great video. Keep doing vídeos like this man.
Thank you
Glad your ok bro after your crash, glad to see your back filming quality content
I'm glad to have some 2024 videos one of the best out there, in my opinion. I'm glad you are on the road to full recovery remy 🙏
Hell yeah! love to see that Ford Ranger! And the Ford F150!! Let’s gooo!!! 🇺🇸
Nice 👍 both driving fords
Nailed it! : D
Way to make it look easy and SO FUN as always Remy! When you and Alex are ready, we'd love to host you on Vancouver Island to check out some of the local trails. Jusk ask!
That would be cool!
0:52 Those photos are of me! Sick
Nice!
Yep, after 999999 days.. nice! 💥
Can you do this feature on a hard tail?
Meat Sweats is pure DH heaven
always enjoy watching you and alex ride together
14:40 i see Alex (and you) do a little twist with the handlebars , is it some kind of mid flight corrective measure or is it just for style ?
style and stability
What bike u ride
Propain Spindrift. Check my link in the description
So sick seeing Alex’s process of breaking it down! Good coaching from Remy‘s side. Definitely on my list as well! 🤘
Glad you enjoyed it!
Woo that crash was nasty hope for speedy recovery👍
super nice, loved Alex, what a nice guy and rider
We agree!
Thanks!
❤❤🤘🤘
nice riding
❤
Knowing that you don’t like skinnies is a bit of consolation for my own nervousness about them. One day I’ll hit a skinny just fine, the next I panic and stop short. The eternal psych-out factor
I also had a crush in November right at the beginning of the month , I messed up my right shoulder pretty good , even know I don't feel like I 100% recovered from the crash .
Love cyoess mountin I js broke my tailbone on it a few months back which sucks.
Alex looked like he had rear-wheel steering, lol!
New patented technology!
Yeah Remy Cypress it’s just about the closest thing to heaven I’ve said this many times judging speed for drops such as Brutus and big step downs is kind of a dark art it takes years of practice to judge the speed perfectly to the point where you can look at it 3 times do a couple of run-ins and then send it At 1751 Steve doing Brutus in the snow WTF and that is insane
Glad you're okay Remy! and well done on subs. Love the style of video with coaching throughout!
Hope you are doing well! You're favorite frenchie!
So glad to see you've healed up this well!
But I can't wrap my head around how you can crash this hard several times and getting back fully functional! While I on the other hand (and many others) have these almost laughable accidents (like getting rammed at low speed by an electrical scooter pinching my hand against their handle bar and completely tearing my TFCC and ECU. Like wtf?? I almost came to a complete stop before that person driving in the wrong lane hit me and yet it got that bad...😮 No rehab in the world can heal it up and surgery is deemed risky leaving me to stiff for climbing and maybe even riding dh.
I guess I mostly needed to complain, thx to you who put up with it by reading!
Where did you get that jacket you're wearing in the beginning? I love it, I want one.
Norrøna Warn 3:)
@@remymetailler thanks buddy!
what pedals do you run
Time Speciale 12
Toujours aussi dingues et magnifiques tes vidéos 👍👍👍👍
Je comprends la raison, mais reste que ca va toujours rester très drole de voir 2 dudes typiquement francais se forcer pour se parler en anglais
On pense en anglais maintenant
Is Alex not the "frenchliner"?
He is. He just changed his @
Glad to see some more videos...glad to see you back on the bike.
More to come!
Glad to see you're OK after that crash mate ! Another great video Remy !
Love these videos! Thank you Remy! 🙏😃
My pleasure
So sick runs, amazing!
Tu es toute une brute sur tes machines c'est impressionant👍
you are the best my fucking friend jeje
Great video and I like your explanations a lot 💪🏻💪🏻 it is always so helpful for my own riding 😊🚵🏼
I don’t know what it was, but after you switched locations after the big road gap, the camera was shaking a lot..I don’t know if you switched the mod or used a different camera or mount, but it was quite pity as the trail and your riding was so amazing 🙈🙈
It was very very dark. Hard for the camera in such low light.
I want to ask what kind of spring you run at the Back
That is a 500lbs
ok Thx@@remymetailler
@@remymetailler Bro can you give us a new promo code I want the Propain Tyee 5 AL 27,5″ Ready2Roll RS so bad bro
Superbe maîtrise sur ces gros jumps.
Cool trails and cool riding 🤘
Glad to see you back on the bike and smashing it as always! Had an AC separation a year and a half ago and other than looking a little weird has not been a problem. Was wondering what bottle cage and multi-tool you are using as a friend just got his Spindrift delivered last week and is looking for a similar setup. Thanks again for doing what most of us would like to but likely never will. Cheers!
It is the Topeak Ninja
Absolutely smashing it. Great video like always. So stocked about your confidence on the bike and especially braking control.
Please do more stuff like this.
I also like your technical Tipps and all that stuff around your bikes.
Greets from Germany.
Thanks again!
these videos are so good! such good riding but we get tips on how to better our riding throughout the video!
Glad you like them!
you have impressive video quality, I think I'll try to replicate on my channel
It take a lot of time and a great filmer. Thanks Owen!
Great video !!!! I always enjoy watching them.
Thanks for watching!
What is the brand of the jacket that you are wearing in the car?
Norrøna
Nice video thanks for the tips
Any time!
How come you don't ever mention. DVO these days. All your suspension is provided from them.
I do. I mention them quite often. You'll see the next video
Have you ever been mistaken for a bear?
Not that I know of
Banger🔥
Sick video and nice job duddeeee!
Glad you liked it!
front tire first !! haha you guys are on another level. so sick
Glad you liked it!!
congrats on 500k remy!!
Thank you!
These are my favorite style video you put out. The pacing of the video is great, I love watching some gnarly riding and then you and who ever stop and chat about what you rode or are about to ride, give some pointers and advice to each other, and most of all you take safety and comfortability so seriously. A lot of other folks "Just Send it!" or at least it appears that way. You take the time and encourage others to take their time to see if the feature is something they are ready for.
