1) John Kerry seems to be the host of all of this. Ok, Boris Johnson. Do not know the others. This is Boston Harbor, 2017 (9,906). 2) It is not Russian Cyrillic, but Ukrainian. In Russian there is no letter ‘I’. On the train the route is “Kiev-Stanislav”. I can not identify this latter city. It must have changed its name at some point, something very common during Soviet era. Not identifying the arrival city, I go to the origin one: Kiev train station, 1962 (9,950). 3) Mexico World Cup 1970. It seems to be an England-Brazil game. Spectacular one between the reigning champions (England) and the team called to win that World Cup with Pelé at the head. I have no idea where this match was played. Maybe Azteca Stadium, Mexico City, 1970 (9,044). 4) Oops, we had a very similar round recently and I had posted the date when (white) women were allowed to vote in the USA. I do not remember it now... No clue about the place, but “Ohio” looks quite a bit bigger than the rest. Cleveland, 1914 (9,145). 5) It has all the atmosphere of NZ, but I can not find any definite clues. I do not find anything so I am off to the middle: Wellington, 1930 (9,800). FINAL SCORE: 47,845 Remarks: - I am reading now that Stanislav in 2) is now called "Ivano-Frankivsk", since November 1962. - I am reading now that the game in 3) ended 1-0 for Brazil (goal of Jairzinho) and it was held in Guadalajara (Jalisco, Mexico).
I am relieved that you also seem to have wiped out the fact that Boris was also foreign minister from 2016 to 2018 (I also only remembered Mayor and PM). That's why I struggled in my video to match Kerry and Johnson from a timing perspective of being in office.

I checked and women or at least white women gained the vote across the US in 1920.
