Hi Ricardo! When are you getting the device put in or have you already? I’ll be glad to answer any questions you may have if I can.

Thank you Adam. I look forward to hearing about your experience going forward. This (Inspire) is something I am considering. Your reports are a big help. (:

Thanks. I have been so busy I haven’t updated in a while but probably will soon. I recommend inspire to anyone who is eligible for it. It has worked for me so far and the inspire rep assigned to me has been so accommodating and helpful. Seriously, think about it and atleast call inspire and be evaluated to see if you might be eligible.

@@AdamHeard I am looking to have the Inspire device too, I been watching your videos and they have been a comfort to me, (I am terrified of surgery). Please keep us updated with your progress and if you notice improvements in your health, mood, and fatigue level. Thanks again.

@@stevesj7384 you’re welcome! Nothing to be afraid of. My doc said mine was more difficult than most and still it wasn’t too bad for me. Would definitely do again without hesitation. Hope to make a update video soon. God bless!

Thanks so much for your great videos. They are so informative, and that’s what I need right now. You mentioned in this video that you went up and down a level a couple of times recently. What would make you do that? One thing about the surgery that really concerns me is the fact that I have pretty strong essential tremors, especially in my chin. Do you have any idea how this might affect my prospects for or my success with an Inspire device. Thanks for being so willing to share!

I am not sure how your tremors might affect your ability to use the device, you should ask your doc about that but I do know that many people with tremors don’t have them while asleep. Best of luck to you.

How's the lower lip? I might have missed the update on a previous video.

Completely back to normal. No residual effects at all. Hope to make an update video soon. Thanks

Do you ever wake up from the device at night? And haw many time do you wake up in the night after the inspire and before?

    • @AdamHeard

Since I have had my sleep study and got it set at optimal level, I rarely wake due to the device itself. I sometimes have some waking episodes if I have had too much caffeine before bed and I will have to hit pause on device to be able to get back to sleep but most nights I sleep 6-8 hours with the device on and don’t wake. I wasn’t really waking much before the device either but just didn’t feel as rested as I do with it now.
