You cues are always excellent, but they were particularly ON POINT today. You cue'd to pull the shoulders away from the ears many times, and I needed it each time! Also, I love Rollovers, but often I roll down too quickly, and feel like I lose out on the ab work. You cues to push down through the hands and anchor the back of the head into the mat made a huge difference for me! I did the best Rollovers of my life. Amazing workout, and teaching. Thank-you!
