- I found a Venezuelan street barber cutting hair under a bridge for $2. The barber is hard working guy that has been making a living cutting hair in the streets for the last couple of years. I decided to give him a big tip to help him out. The haircut was excellent so I decided to reward him for his hard work. The location of the barbershop is in Caracas Venezuela in a area called La Candelaria.

Puts life in perspective when you see a guy hustling to sell a used bathroom mirror for 6 bucks and a haircut is two bucks and if you are lucky you cut 10 heads a day and make 20 bucks. And they grind like that daily knowing nothing much will change day to day. Kind of embarrassing and sickening when you think some of us complain about not having the latest phone or needing a bigger flat screen or we spend 20 bucks in 5mins getting a couple of coffees. And despite the hardships, it's funny that those who struggle and grind are often the most honest, are the friendliest and are willing to help even thought they have little.
