Seattle mayor, SPS superintendent announce safety changes for upcoming year

Doesn't the City of Seattle already give the Seattle School District millions of dollars from the special Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise (FEPP) Levy as well as the Buildings, Technology, and Academics/Athletics Capital Levy ???!!! What's happening to all that money?

All he does is talk as Seattle goes into the ground. You get what you vote for.They all sound good until they get into office.
