Those are a nice run. I've got a 10x20, I put it together myself in a couple of hours. The ONLY thing I did NOT like is the flimsy chicken wire. I ended up buying heavier Guage wire. But it's pretty sturdy tube framework. You'll like it because it's easy to move
I think it depends on your use and your set up. Both don’t handle heavy winds well. The greenhouse was multi purpose because I could still use it as a greenhouse when not using it for the chickens in the winter. We ended up changing the way we keep our chickens warm in the winter using their mobile coop. This chicken run I think suits moving meat chickens around better than using it for egg layers. But you could use this as a run for a few chickens with a small coop inside it or attached to it. Lots of options but very dependent on your set up and what you like.
Chicken wire only keeps chickens in iy does n ot protect against predators. Hardware cloth would be better. Raccoons will literally pull a chicken through chicken wire.
True. We are not concerned about predators though. We have farm dogs that do a great job at keeping predators away and this run will deal with any possible aerial predators.
