Great one Guy's, but can you do this to a simple on/off pedal that U use to just turn on/off a Amps Reverb/Distortion/Chorus Effect that's built in a Combo Amp & Speaker?? Like my Roland Jazz Chorus Combo Amp 77 has output Jack's for each one, but It didn't come with any factory on/off Pedals? So if I'm Using a simple switch on/off pedal that has no other Power source than the Amp itself, is there enough power to run a LED from the Amp itself or will I have to add a Power supply for each one in a single switch, or if I build a 3 switch Box with only one power source will be plenty of power for all 3 LEDs?, I think I know this one but if there are others with the same deal, they might want to know? TY Lukus and Martin 🤘🎸🤠

      Hey Ryan,
I think if you can use the power from the amp depends on how this is wired from the amp and how that footswitch works. If it is just a true bypass switch and you're running your signal through the footswitch, you will need the separate circuit, like we've used. But I think that's not the case with most of these footswitches, as you don't want your signal to go through long cables. But adding that separate circuit with its own power supply will always work. You can put the LEDs with their resistors in parallel and use the same power supply for all LEDs. That will work in any case.
      Cheers,
      Martin

@@LMGuitarCorner Thanks Martin, I thought the same, the Amp just has separate 1/4 plug in jack for each by their self, so I have been just trying to gather up foot switch Pedals that would just turn the effect on but I would like to put LEDs in them if I could? So I thought be better to build a pedal out of a used 3 Post switch Amp Pedal and just run 3 cables straight into the Amp. so I don't have 3 individual Pedals for each effect, ty Martin hope all goes well with your trip but I sure don't like it over there and hope LaZ Makes it home safely 🙏🤘🎸🤠

      You're welcome, Ryan!
Yeah, that should work. I'm not really worried about Egypt. We're still quite a distance away from Gaza, but I also hope Laz has a safe trip. Thanks a lot for your concern!
      Cheers,
      Martin
