- Hermitcraft season 9 episode 45! We are back on Hermitcraft for a massive prank on Docm77 and his perimeter. The Buttercups get together at the new treehouse HQ and make up a plan to prank the GOAT's perimeter and bring it back to nature by covering it over with dirt. Also, we get a new Jellie for scarland from Cub! Hope you enjoy one of the most insane Hermitcraft videos ever!

They probably don't realise that the thing that is going to annoy Doc the most about this is not that the perimeter is covered, but how far the ender dragon above Doc's flagpole will have shifted.

Can you explain? I haven't watched his videos, so I don't quite understand the connection
@@mr.waterbucket When Doc's dragon loads and unloads as the chunk its in loads and unloads, the center point around which the dragon flies drifts over time. This means Doc will spend 30-60 minutes or so (something like that) logging in and loggining out to recenter the dragon over his flag pole.
Doc makes excellent videos, his intensity and jovialness is awesome!

Though the dragon might have been loaded most of the time, while the hermits worked. And i think it has a chunk loader attached, so its mainly the server restarts that hurt?@@drosprey

@@Cow-Moth-With-A-CRT-Head You can hear it's Doc voicing them, but I assume @Purplers did all the post-processing work, which may not sound like a lot of work but especially if he had to trim and clean up the clips before applying effects it would be.
lol someone now needs to put up a small sign near doc's house saying "Perimeter can be found at the museum" before Doc logs on :)

The comedic timing of Doc's announcements is amazing.
The best part of the cover the perimeter project was being able to listen to Scars time-lapse music for more than 10 seconds.

So Doc got a cool underground perimiter covered with natural terrain, and all he had to do is blow a hole in Mumbos vault door. Taking automation to the next level.

This is by far one of my favorite episodes.
Scar disappearing for two weeks and then releasing two videos in one week. This man is insane
To be fair, planning and designing an amusement park front gate probably takes a lot more time, effort, and passion than just placing down a bunch of grass and trees.
They covered the entire perimeter but didn't patch the hole in their camp
They left it there to commemorate what happened, I don't think a couple of blocks would've been anything difficult after placing a quarter million blocks

And the new base. To answer your comment, they can be productive to make a better base for themselves the (for now disbanded) buttercups in a fitting spot, and do the insane stuff with the perimeter in this episode. If I had a nickel for every time Scar disappeared another hermit's base this season, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
Covering the whole perimeter is an even better prank than the giant boat in season 8.

By just watching the grass spread you can see just how long this took
the best thing happened in this prank is not only that they are managed to cover the whole perimeter. They not even try to make it flat, they making it as natural as possible!

SCAR - You need to take an overhead screenshot of the area (for Twitter) and also make a locked map of the Perimeter in this state, just as a keepsake of the hours of work that went into beautifying the area. 🥰
I think this made me cry one single tear at the sheer amount of work went into this

Doc deserves to win this war, but I feel the best way for him to do it is to keep the roof and modify it a bit to fix the rates. This prank would make him so angry, though, that he may very well retaliate needlessly.
That's just one way for Grian to not have to finish a certain part of his base.
