My homeboy Larry has the hi-lift version of this machine and it is having the same issues. I’m going to try the pressure gauge test and see what happens. These are great machines.

Hi Bruce , You are right , I am already looking into a muffler for that little guy , I am sure the neighboring properties would appreciate that as well . I would like to add the tree riser bars to the front . I have rubber lights on the rear and a LED Bar in the front behind the grill . I need to block off part of the radiator because It does not run over 140 degrees F.

When checking the pressure on transmission at 1700 rpm should have 185psi but is it in gear when it pulls or what ?

If the covers on the steering brakes are letting water in and the brakes get wet it wont move either. Makes sure the cover gaskets arent leaking.

Hi Chris . I checked that and they are sealed off really good . I put 35 hours on it and it was working gret except when I was on a steep grade hill pushing up , it started to slip like it was low on fluid . So I checked the transfluid , added a 1/2 gallon and it is doing great for now , However if it sets at idle for 5 minutes or so and I put it in low gear at low RPM it can take as long a 20 to 30 seconds to engage . I have a feeling I am not out of the woods yet . Once it's hot and been working for a while it works great . I am running AW68 fluid . Do you think that's to thick ?

I use AW 68 , our best price is from Oreilly's . I am in a hot climate , so 68 is good . If your in a colder climate check Aw46 . I use AW46 in my backhoe reversers .
