The level of transparency shown by Ravish is unbelievable. Very good video its a sellers market so selling was not such a huge challenge but still the effort is taken to decorate the house and making sure the new buyers get a finished product is very appreciable and good to see they got rewarded for their effort.

An excellent news.My friend's younger brother also bought a house around the same area recently for Ca $1.3 million and the house price has shot up to ca $1.6 million.I hope this wasn't the same house.The guy's surname is Aggarwal.I have met him when I visited my sister in Toronto in 2016.

Congrats man,, 300, 000 over asking price.. AMAZING,, in Alberta, you can buy this house for $300,000 and have fun with Million Dollar.
50-60% new immigrants coming to Canada want to stay near GTA or at least in Ontario as all other provinces are -40 or even -50C in winters except Vancouver Metro.
On top of that, except Oil and Energy, there are very few jobs in Alberta in other sectors with drastic cold harsh long lasting winters.
Housing will go up only people want to stay not there where people don’t like to live.
