Regardless of the Brand of cart you buy, it is nice to have quality service available. Carts are pricey, but kind of a Villages tradition, best to get with the program.

Ive had my ClubCar for 3 years and I don't know if the brakes squeak or not because Ive never used them! The Cart slows right down as soon as you take your foot off the throttle. What does yours do? Freewheel? thats not right.

Hello Thomas, glad you are enjoying your CC. You need to use The STAR's brakes to stop...they are not regenerative. Appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment, SA!

Thanks for the update and clarification. My wife and I were mentioning your Star Car review this morning and it is good to hear that you would buy again. We have tentatively decided on the Yamaha Quietech gas golf car, but I may test drive one of the Star electrics just to be sure. Appreciate all the content.

Appreciate it TVN, I felt I needed to close things out as I didn't want to leave anyone hanging. I'm sure you'll enjoy the YQT, several of our friends have them and they also love it. As for STAR, it's a great cart and certainly worth another look to be certain... Stay Awesome!

Hiya J M...all good here and thanks for checking in! We have had not had any issues with the dash screen, it's crystal clear and I also like the back up camera clarity. Hope this helps and Stay Awesome!

I was shocked how expensive golf carts are. Saw one at Lowe's that was $8K, wonder how that one is?

Sometimes it not the price of the Golf Car but the years of Warranty and can The Villages Golf Car Store Service if you have a problem. I just order my Golf Car and Scott, the Sale Representative, in Brownwood explained it. If you buy a Golf Car that they cannot fix the problem then what? Before you buy one out of The Villages, in my opinion, speak to a Sales Representative if you live in The Villages.
